Delivery Methods/Fees

We deliver nationally to all provinces in South Africa by courier or by post office counter to counter collect. A flat rate of R85 local and R130 national cities is charged for delivery to your door (street address), office, business. The fee applies to/is added to the total value of the order and not per item. You can add as many items as you wish to your basket and pay just one flat delivery fee. Select 'shipping' fee before checkout in your cart for courier delivery. Please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive order.

Parcel Insurance: Please contact us by email for a quotation should you wish to insure your goods/courier delivery. Courier parcel insurance covers loss of goods while in transit due to theft, hijacking, etc. The insurance fee is a percentage of the total value of the goods ordered. Insured parcels can be claimed for against any insured losses resulting from the above reasons for reimbursement

We will accept no liability for damages owing to the loss/theft of uninsured goods once the courier collects/parcel leaves our premises due to courier negligence, hijacked courier vehicles while in transit, theft of goods, crime etc

Product Availability

While every effort is made to ensure that products on the website are in stock at the time they are posted and the prompt removal of products out of stock, if however we are unable to fill your order due to an item being sold out you will be notified by email and will be entitled to a full refund including delivery fees or you may choose a credit in the purchase amount to buy any other product in stock. This applies to a completed transaction only: where an item has already been paid for, not where the system clearly states a product is out of stock on the product page and does not allow you to buy it, has not yet been removed by us. Feel free to check with us whether and when a particular product may be available again.

Cancellation of Orders

If an order is cancelled in whole or in part before it has been despatched you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery fees with no penalty/administration fees. Please contact customer services timeously should you wish to cancel an order. If the goods have already been sent off the order may not be cancelled.

Product Specs

Please check the product details in your basket before buying a product, and on the invoice after check out to ensure that you are buying the correct item and the colour you want. On the product pages ensure that you choose the correct colour of scarf from the 'product options, colours' drop down menu. A product number appears next to each product if you would like to search/find review the product/colours again or browse the product category menu's. We will deliver the product as per the sale, product details, colour on the invoice. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct to ensure prompt receipt of goods.

Should you wish to alter/change an order and if the product/s have not yet been despatched we will be happy to help.

Colours: Please note: Not all colours in a particular product may be available at the time of order. First preference will be given to your required colour. However should the chosen colour be out of stock, an alternative colour may be substituted to fill the order. (would be the same exact product ordered but in a different colour/s in stock at the time)

Returns Policy:

General Sales

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but should you wish to return a product/s you can do so within 7 days from delivery/receipt of goods, for any reason and without penalty, but are liable for the costs of returning the goods. Please do not wear the product or use in any way items that you want to return. Goods should be in the same condition as received. You will be entitled to a refund *Excluding courier delivery fees, or you may opt for a credit to purchase any other product of the same value. Please notify customer services should you wish to return an item/s for an approval number and to arrange the return. No products will be refunded or credits issued for goods returned that have not been approved. Please take care when packaging goods for return to ensure that they do not get damaged in any way as you will be liable for it. Alternatively we can collect goods from you at a fee. Returns/Refunds/Cancellation policy is valid on store orders/purchases only and does not apply to bulk orders/wholesale purchases.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect goods when you have received them and notify customer services as soon as possible should you discover any damage to product/s. If a product is found to be damaged after inspection by us you will be entitled to a full refund, replacement, or may choose a credit to buy any other product of the same value.

Exceptions: a product will not be considered defective through normal wear and tear use, and will not be replaced or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid directly into your banking account within 10 days or sooner from the date of approval. Purchase credits may be used immediately after approval. Replacement items will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days from date of approval.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders

The term bulk refers to quantities of 10 pieces or more. Goods will be supplied as per the order placed/agreed with the buyer. No refunds will be made on bulk purchases/orders where goods have been supplied/purchased as agreed. No Returns/exchanges/cancellation of orders will be accepted.

Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse any order/transactions where fraud is suspected. We will co-operate with any and all law enforcement agencies in this regard.

International Trade

We only trade/deliver in South Africa. We do not ship to neighbouring countries or internationally
